My Favorite Hobby

What makes me a unique “Style Correspondent”?
I think the one thing that makes me unique already is the fact that I am not a Fashion major or anything close to that. What I can give you is something fresh and new to the palette. I am attentive and a keen observer. If I get to be chosen as one of the 8 Style Correspondents, all I can promise you is that I’ll do my very best, from the heart to cover the event. :)

Outfit #1 last Sunday.

Went to my mom’s closet to find something and found this dress from the 80’s.
My mom used to have her clothes tailored back in the day so the top would usually match the bottoms. Unfortunately, she gave away most of her clothes coz it don’t fit her anymore ~sigh.
I tried on the clothes thinking it would make a great look and as much as I would love to post the photo of me wearing this ensemble, I’d rather not. As Regina George would say it, “it’s social suicide!” LOL.
So here’s a youthful reinvention I made wearing the 2 pieces separately.

After weeks of raining nonstop, the sun finally came out! It looked like
it was going to be bright and sunny all day so I took advantage and shot 2 outfits.
