What makes me a unique “Style Correspondent”?
I think the one thing that makes me unique already is the fact that I am not a Fashion major or anything close to that. What I can give you is something fresh and new to the palette. I am attentive and a keen observer. If I get to be chosen as one of the 8 Style Correspondents, all I can promise you is that I’ll do my very best, from the heart to cover the event. :)

Outfit #1 last Sunday.
Went to my mom’s closet to find something and found this dress from the 80’s.
My mom used to have her clothes tailored back in the day so the top would usually match the bottoms. Unfortunately, she gave away most of her clothes coz it don’t fit her anymore ~sigh.
I tried on the clothes thinking it would make a great look and as much as I would love to post the photo of me wearing this ensemble, I’d rather not. As Regina George would say it, “it’s social suicide!” LOL.
So here’s a youthful reinvention I made wearing the 2 pieces separately.
Look # 1
Ain’t this puffed sleeve top/waistcoat the cutest? What I like about it is that it has detachable shoulder pads!
DIY cameo locket necklace,SM snake ring, Dumask vintage button ring
Suede loafers from 168
vintage Longchamp bag
Look # 2
Didn’t expect the dress to be so pretty! As usual, paired it with my fave, CMG wedges.
vintage clip-ons from my mom
Twiggy shirt from SM, G2000 high waist shorts, Landmark cardigan
Got this lovely Twiggy shirt for cheap at a department store. Hope I can find another one with Audrey Hepburn’s face on it :)
BKK fedora, Macy’s sling bag
Thrifted sheepskin ankle boots
I know we don’t have winter here in Manila but these are sooo cute that I
just have to add it to my look.
SM feather earrings
Everybody’s been wearing feather accessories lately. They’re just so lovely and adds a certain spice to your outfit, don’t cha think?
After weeks of raining nonstop, the sun finally came out! It looked like
it was going to be bright and sunny all day so I took advantage and shot 2 outfits.
Look # 1
Bangkok shirt dress, PrP denim vest, Parisian clogs, Rayban aviators
Elephant connector ring from quiapo, Etsy eiffel tower necklace
Look # 2
Top from my mom, Greenhills highwaist shorts, H&M sunnies
For my 2nd ensemble, I wanted to create a happy and vibrant look so I borrowed this uber cute and colorful top from my mom and paired it with my cat-eye sunnies.
Don’t you just love the sleeves of this top???
Gina Tricot flower clip
Bangkok boho sling bag, 168 ribbon ring, CMG wedges
I’ve been overusing my CMG wedges lately coz I just love them to bits!!
